It is the perfect marinade for anything grilled or stir fried, or as a condiment for burgers, BBQs and tacos. We love it on a cheeseboard and recommend pairing it with a salty feta or hard aged cheese.

Ingredients: pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamarind, ginger, garlic, dried red chillies.
