Our Lion's Mane capsules contain 100% fruiting body of Lion's Mane mushrooms grown just outside Margate on our own farm. The mushrooms are dried, ground and encapsulated with love and care by ourselves.
Suggested dose - take one or two capsules daily, adjust as you feel.
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place.
