This powerful green tea powder is made using only the highest quality organic green tea from Japan's Shizuoka prefecture. Ground into a fine, bright green powder using stone to prevent the leaves from heating during the process and losing it's quality.

Preparation:
Use your 3g of matcha and add a small amount of water (around 50ml) at 80 degrees – any hotter and you will burn the green tea powder.
To maximise flavour and produce a foamy, velvety finish, it is important whisk the mixture well using an electric frother whisk or a traditional bamboo whisk (chasen) in a W motion ensuring you get rid of all lumps and excess matcha from around the bowl.
Once you have formed a liquid paste top up with 200ml water at 80 degrees or a milk of choice to turn into a matcha latte.
